Reelkix Recovery Engine is operated by Reelkix Media ("we"). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
Who this covers
(1) Business owners and staff who create an account ("you"), and (2) your customers whose information you connect or upload so we can send follow-up messages on your behalf ("your customers"). For your customers' information, you decide what is shared and why; we process it only to provide the service to you.
What we collect
- Account details: business name, address, phone, email, login credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
- Data you connect or upload: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, quote or appointment history and amounts.
- Messages sent and received through the service, opt-outs, and basic usage logs.
- Billing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
- To find open quotes or lapsed clients, write and send follow-up messages you've set up, and report results.
- To operate, secure and improve the service, and to contact you about your account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers' information to market anything of our own.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service — hosting, email and text delivery, AI writing assistance, and payment processing. They receive only what they need to perform that function.
Opt-outs
Every email includes an unsubscribe link and every first text includes "Reply STOP". Opt-outs are honored automatically.
Security and retention
Connection logins are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and activity is logged. We keep data while your account is active. When you cancel, or on request, we delete your account data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, disconnect integrations, or close your account at any time by emailing hello@reelkix.com. Your customers can contact you, or us, to have their information removed.

We'll post updates here and notify account holders of material changes.
