Terms of Service

Plain-English draft — have it reviewed by an attorney before relying on it.

These terms are between you (the business using Reelkix Recovery Engine) and Reelkix Media.

The service

Reelkix Recovery Engine scans the quotes or appointment history you connect or upload, sends follow-up messages you have set up or approved, and reports results. Results are not guaranteed; "recovered revenue" figures are estimates based on the attribution rules shown in the app.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to share the customer information you connect or upload, and to contact those customers.
• You will only enable texting for customers who gave you their number and agreed to receive texts, and you will not use the service to send messages that violate anti-spam, telemarketing or privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
• You keep your business address, sender name and settings accurate, and keep your login secure.
• You won't use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, or to process medical/health records.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New accounts start with a free trial. After that the plan you choose is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You own your data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be posted here and sent to account holders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is", and Reelkix Media's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
